Volunteer Facilitators

Young TimeBank supports groups of young people in schools and colleges around the country to tackle the issues they care about, by involving them in creative, youth-led community projects.

In our experience, young people care about a range of important and topical issues, and have lots of ideas for projects to address these issues but what they need is the support to turn their ideas into reality. This is where our Volunteer Facilitators play a vital role.

As a Volunteer Facilitator you will meet regularly with a group of young people at a school or college near you, helping them to think up project ideas and put their plans into action. You will make sure everyone in the group is happy with their involvement and can contribute what they've got to offer.

Facilitators

It’s great fun and no days are the same. It’s nice seeing the progress you make not only in the project but also in your relationship with young people.
