Volunteer Facilitators

Ongoing Support

You will be allocated a Young TimeBank Volunteer Supervisor who will deliver the initial presentation and workshop at your school. They will then provide ongoing support by phone and email as well as signposting you to any resources that you and your group may find useful.

Wherever possible, you will be paired with a Co-Facilitator (i.e. another Young TimeBank Volunteer Facilitator who may be someone from your training group or someone who has already completed a Young TimeBank project) – the two of you will work together to facilitate your group’s project.

We pair you so that you have an extra source of support within your project and also to ensure continuity for your students – if one of you is unable to make any particular session (due to illness or any other reason), then hopefully the other of you can make it and the session can still go ahead.

Facilitators

I really enjoyed working with my Co-Facilitator Rachel – we always had two different opinions and we were able to see things from each others perspective and come to a joint decision.
