Young People
Would you like to get involved in Young TimeBank?
Young TimeBank is currently running projects in London (Lambeth, Southwark, Waltham Forest and Westminster) and Manchester – and we are hoping to expand to other areas in the future.
If you’re in one of these areas, you can kick-start a Young TimeBank project in your school:
- Try to think of a teacher who you think would like to set up a Young TimeBank project
- Let us know their name and contact details, and your name and form or tutor group, by emailing helpdesk@timebank.org.uk
- We will write to them, send them one of our leaflets, and let them know that their students want to get involved
- Or ask them to get in touch with us – email helpdesk@timebank.org.uk, phone 0845 347 9363 – or have a look at our website
If your school is outside of these areas, you can still get involved by downloading our step by step guides to projects like making a film, or running a campaign. You could encourage your school or youth group to help you implement and provide you with necessary support and equipment.
